Dr. Kryssa Justine Agpoon is Cosmo Dental’s leading TMJ specialist with international training in temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), jaw pain, and oral and maxillofacial surgery.

She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of the East – Manila in 2012 and completed an intensive Oral Surgery Externship at Philippine General Hospital. She then pursued her Master’s Degree, Residency, and Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Korea University in Seoul.

To further specialize in TMJ treatment, Dr. Agpoon completed a Mini-Residency Program in TMD, myofascial pain, and oral motor disorders at the University of Southern California – Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. She uses this advanced training to diagnose and treat jaw disorders, chronic headaches, bite misalignments, and related symptoms.

A published researcher and international lecturer, Dr. Agpoon is passionate about delivering science-backed solutions to complex TMJ cases. At Cosmo Dental, she provides customized and compassionate care for patients looking to relieve TMJ symptoms and restore healthy jaw function.

When she’s not treating patients, Dr. Agpoon enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
